Greener Footprints Walk at Queenswood

Join us for a Guided Walk at Queenswood Country Park

On Sunday 18th June, visit the Sustainable Future Centre, located in the Jubilee Building, at Queenswood Country Park and Arboretum to celebrate Greener Footprints Week.

A space where you can find out about global issues and local sustainable initiatives in the county: from climate change and water saving, to plastic reduction and sustainable food, and how to get involved.

Within the building, information boards provide advice on how to live and work sustainably and volunteers will be on-hand to discuss ideas and share information

At 11am on Sunday 18th June, a guided walk will leave from the Jubilee building to go around the Woodland and Arboretum through an incredible collection of trees from around the globe. They grow within a naturalistic setting interwoven with paths where wildflowers thrive and wildlife abounds. The walk will take approximately 1.5 hours.
