Herefordshire Free Farm Carbon Audits Expression of Interest Form
Funded by Herefordshire's Council's Climate Reserve, the Herefordshire Climate and Nature Partnership Board are offering free farm carbon audits to 30 Herefordshire farms.
The audits will take be undertaken in two stages: between January - June 2023 and a follow up audit between January – June 2026.
The farm audit will be undertaken by independent consultants who will meet the farm business and provide one to one support to help businesses understand their carbon footprint, provide advice on how to improve it, how to use the carbon calculator tool to measure their own on-farm carbon emissions and identify areas for improvement.
We are inviting farm businesses to submit an expression of interest by Friday 6th January 2023

Herefordshire Council is the Data Controller under data protection law and will use the information you provide on this form in order to select farms to receive the free farm carbon audits. The legal basis for processing this data is your explicit consent which you can withdraw at any time by notifying us. We will keep your data for up to four years. Your information will be shared with the appointed provider 4Recycling Ltd who will be carrying out the audits and NFU Herefordshire and Farm Herefordshire for the purpose of supporting the process.
Individuals have a number of rights under data protection law, including the right to request their information. You also have a right to make a complaint about our handling of your personal data to the Information Commissioner's Office.
